Russian hacker group KillNet start DDoS attack on governmental institutions' websites of Japan.

The attacked websites include the Electronic government of Japan (Public Services), the Electronic Application of the e-government of Japan, Japan’s main tax portal(desktop), and the main electronic system of tax authority of Japan, including local authorities, certified contractors, tax software development companies, financial institutions, and major tax system providers.
